SHIPPING METHODS 

Although we make every effort to ensure that all deliveries are processed within the usual time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in whole due to events beyond our control. In such a case we will contact you to inform you if it is not possible to deliver the order within the usual delivery time as well as when you expect it to be delivered. 

Deliveries to Cyprus 

Orders are delivered by Ecan Melodou honey within 24 hours to the offices of the partner courier GAP AKIS EXPRESS 

Your orders can then be collected from the offices of the partner courier GAP AKIS EXPRESS in the city and office location of your choice in the next 24 to 72 hours throughout Cyprus 

Single piece orders 

Single piece orders are charged at €1.25 including VAT when paid online 

Single piece orders are charged at €1.25 including VAT and there is an additional charge of €1.80 including VAT when payment is made by cash on delivery (on delivery) – Total €3.05 (€1.25 + €1.80) 

Orders of two pieces or more 

Shipping is free for orders of two or more when paid online 

Shipping of orders is free for orders of two pieces or more and there is an additional charge of €1.80 including VAT when payment is made by cash on delivery (on delivery) – Total €1.80 

Delivery to your door 

 You have the option to choose delivery to your door for an additional fee of €1.80 including VAT 

Terms & Conditions 

Any late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order. 

Orders placed over the weekend or holidays are processed the next business day. 

Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the next business day. 

A signature is required upon delivery of the order. By placing your order, you authorize us to accept another person’s receipt signature on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. A signature is required for all orders. 

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes 

Returns

If you find a product to be defective upon receipt, we will promptly replace it at no additional cost to you as soon as you notify us by phone at 99 966404 or by email at info@melodouhoney.com.

For non-defective products, you can return them if: 

• No more than 14 calendar days have passed between the date of receiving your order and the date of submitting the return request, 
• The packaging remains unaltered and in its original condition (in this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs).
